Accommodation and Transport Options
The following nightly rates are available at the Holiday Inn Hotel and InterContinental Hotel for the period from 3 to 11 December 2010 for delegates and other visitors participating in the IGC program. If you wish to extend your stay beyond these dates, please enquire about availability at the program rate when making your reservation.
Hotel Holiday Inn
Nightly rate per room for IGC delegates, observers and visitors AUD$215.00 room only or AUD $260.00 including 2 x buffet breakfasts at Sirocco
AUD $250.00 room only or AUD $305.00 including 2 x buffet breakfasts at Victoria Station
All rates quoted are based on single, twin or double occupancy and include GST. Surcharges apply for a third person 19 years and over, occupying the same room.
Check In/Out Times The check in/out times at both hotels is as follows:
Check in / arrival: from 3pm onwards
Check in / departure: prior to 11am

**Please include Group Code “IGC”in the e-mail along with check-in and check-out dates and credit card details if you are sending an e-mail to book the accommodation.**
Delegates, observers and visitors will be required to pay their own account. Please note that credit card details will be required when making reservations. At check-in, guests will be required to provide an imprint of their credit card.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Please note, a charge equal to one night’s accommodation will apply to any rooms cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival of booked rooms.
Visitors / Accompanying Persons / Guests
Please consider bringing your partner or spouse to Perth. There is no shortage of activities to keep them entertained while the IGC program is in session. All accompanying guests are welcome to attend the welcome reception/dinner on Tuesday evening.
