Features The Extended Booking Check Framework offers the following features:
Index-dependent and index-independent sub-requirements for pre-requisite processing (via new sub-requirement types ‘Index-dependent Booking Check’ and ‘Index-independent Booking Check’)
Sub-requirements are assigned to Rule Containers
Requirement Catalogs, Requirement Patterns, and Requirement Profiles are
‘Old’ pre-requisite rules will not be affected
VSR validation rules may still be needed in some cases.
With the framework only subrequirements and rule containers are needed but no requirement catalogues anymore.
Complex booking scenarios can be built by combining rule containers and rule modules in the following way:
More than one rule container can be assigned to one module.
During evaluation, the AND logic will be considered among rule containers.
Each rule container can contain more than one rule module.
The user can switch between ‘AND’ & ‘OR’ logic for the rule modules within a rule container.
