You can save data on visiting studies or exchange studies in infotype 1714 ( logs data changes in change documents which you can view by choosing the function key on the visiting studies detail screen.

contains predefined roles. A composite role, for example like , represents specific university business processes, and also serves as an authorization to execute these business processes.
The system controls authorization by means of authorization profiles. You can either create authorization profiles manually, or automatically with the profile generator.
You assign authorization profiles to the respective users. Every user can be assigned more than one authorization profile. Each profile grants the user a number of authorizations.
