Niche Industry Factoring Training Course

The IFA will be conducting a training course on how to factor Niche Industries. This is the first of its kind course designed specifically for the factoring industry. The course will be held June 14th - 16th, 2006 at the Monte Carlo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

One of the most requested topics the IFA receives is on how to factor specific industries. This course will fill that need. This course is the first ever to answer specific industry factoring questions looking at factoring from both an operational and legal perspective.

Knowing that no single person has the knowledge to teach this course, we have assembled a panel of speakers, each with knowledge regarding their specific industry. We will also have legal representation to assist with any legal questions or issues regarding factoring the specific industry. After completion of this course, the attendees will be armed with the knowledge on how to factor each of the specific niches covered. Some of the industries that will be covered are:

Medical Specialist:

Tim Peters - Principal - Northern Healthcare Capital, LLC Mr. Peters is a co-founder and partner of Northern Healthcare Capital, LLC, a New York based purchaser of healthcare accounts receivable, and has been in the health care industry for over fifteen years. Prior to NHC Mr. Peters was the President of a servicing company that specialized in the monitoring and collection of asset based loans. Mr. Peters Healthcare experience includes underwriting and auditing of loans collateralized by healthcare accounts receivable, management of MRI, physical therapy, ambulatory surgical centers, and large physician practices.

Construction Specialist:

Gail Reints - CEO - Bibby Financial Services (Midwest), Inc Gail has nearly 10 years experience in the factoring industry. Gail’s years of underwriting and credit experience has enabled her to be successful in structuring difficult transactions that commercially balance risk and profitability. Gail believes that her philosophy of combining best business practices with client flexibility is what has lead her team to increased growth and profitability.
