Agricultural / PACA Specialist:

Rick Jones. - President - AgriCap Financial Corporation Mr. Jones began his career in finance 24 years ago with Westinghouse Credit's floor planning group, where he moved from field auditor to senior credit analyst. He joined GE Capital four years later and became a senior credit officer. Two years later, he began his factoring career when he was recruited by Bank of Boston's Los Angeles factoring group in a senior credit capacity. After five years, he joined Bank of America's factoring group where, over the next eight years, Mr. Jones managed a large client loan portfolio, co-wrote national credit policy, participated in re-engineering the factoring group, and led the company in business development as a new business officer. Mr. Jones joined Richard Kostkas in forming Terra Associates and AgriCap Financial in 2001. Mr. Jones has been instrumental in organizing and implementing credit policies and procedures and has led new business development. He is responsible for monitoring all clients’ performance.

John Akers - Executive Vice President - American Business Finance, LLC John has been active in factoring and asset-based lending since 1985. Prior to joining American Business Finance, John held positions at First Capital Corporation, Heller Financial and Barclays American Commercial.

Steve Kurtz, Esq. - Partner - Levinson, Arshonsky & Kurtz Steven N. Kurtz practices in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, secured transactions, workouts and business law. He has also served as an expert witness in matters pertaining to bankruptcy and UCC issues. Mr. Kurtz represents numerous factors, asset-based lenders, and banks on a national level. In addition, he functions as outside general counsel for several commercial finance lenders and entrepreneurial companies.
