several ward and stake offices, for four years being Bishop's counselor to Bishop Hyde in the Auburn Ward, and serving two years as city councilman in Afton, and being Mayor of that city at the present time.

Mr. Sessions is the father of twelve children, nine of

whom survive him.

The surviving children are Edward and

Ruby Sessions, Afton, Wyoming; Roy Anderson, Tremonton, Utah; William

Sessions and Hilda Sessions, Mrs. May

Roos

and

Delbert

Sessions,

all

of

Auburn,

Russ

Sessions,

Bedford

Wyoming,

and Mrs. Valora Taggart,

son Chester and two infants eight brothers and sisters,

three

great

grandchildren

Funeral services were held in this afternoon at 2 o'clock, under

Salt Lake City. His preceded him in death. thirty nine grandchildren survive. the Bountiful Tabernacle the direction of

Counselor David R. Tolman of the Bountiful First Ward. The funeral was very largely attended and beautiful floral offerings were profuse. Remarkable, all of the children of the deceased and thirty-five of the thirty-six living brothers and sisters, even the oldest brother, Carlos 83 years of age were at the services. Opening prayer was offered by David 0. Willey, Bishop E.Burns, Counselor David

R. Tolman, John R. Waite, Jed Stringham, Joseph T. Mabey, Amos Cook,, Harvey Sessions, and Thomas Waddoups paid tribute to the sterling qualities of the deceased and the

Sessions family in brief remarks. tribute of the Auburn Ward Bishop,

Interment took place in the Bountiful Cemetery, where the parents and little daughter of Mr. Sessions.

Obituary of Isabelle Jane Corbridge Sessions Early Pioneer passed away last Friday.

A long and noble life, faithful to its close was terminated at 4:45, October 5th when Isabelle Corbridge Sessions answered the final summons to which we all must yield though few will have had the rich and varied experience this faithful woman has had. She was the wife of

the late Chester Sessions, who preceded her in death in

1924.
