Graham Bailey: Challenging those Costs
We all know how hard it is to challenge, with confidence, the breakdown (if provided) of a suppliers quote.
There are many information sources available that will help validate or challenge the ‘financials’ used by your suppliers to justify their prices or maybe entice debate with them over the integrity of their quoted selling price when they insist “we don’t do breakdowns”.
This session aims to outline the areas to focus on, some of the financial information sources available to you and what questions to ask your suppliers that will guarantee you’re taken off their Christmas Card List !
Graham recently joined Tesla Motors, a manufacturer of high- performance production electric cars, to support their drive to reduce costs and obtain best value from their global supply base.
