2.0Welcome and Introductions:
As there were a number of new people at the meeting, everyone introduced themselves and explained which area / organisation they represented.
Sgt Carl Bourne agreed to chair the meeting; he mentioned that he thought it would be beneficial if a member of the community chaired the group in future.
Action: All to consider
PCSO Claire Perry had moved to a new role, which had created a void with regards to the administration of the group. In the absence of a minute taker, on this occasion, Debbie Powell agreed to take the notes.
The Neighbourhood Co-ordination Groups were seen as a very important part of bringing agencies and communities together to solve problems and as such Carl and the County Council funded police officer (PC Kate Croudace) would aim to attend each one. If for some reason this was not possible, PSCO’s for the area would attend.
