YAROSLAVSKY: MADAME CHAIR, WE WERE LED IN THE INVOCATION THIS MORNING, VERY INSPIRATIONAL INVOCATION, BY REVEREND CATHERINE WAGAR WHO'S AN ORDAINED DEACON IN THE EPISCOPAL DIOCESE OF LOS ANGELES. CURRENTLY SHE IS WORKING AS A VOLUNTEER PARISH DEACON AT ST. MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS EPISCOPAL CHURCH IN STUDIO CITY. IN ADDITION, REVEREND WAGAR IS A VOLUNTEER CHAPLAIN AT TWIN TOWERS CORRECTIONAL FACILITY AND ASSISTS IN THE IMMIGRANTS RIGHTS' PROJECT OF PUBLIC COUNSEL. HER TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTATION INCLUDES MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF WORK WITH HUMAN SERVICE AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SERVING MARGINALIZED PERSONS. REVEREND WAGAR IS VICE CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TEAM SURVIVOR CALIFORNIA AND ALSO SERVES AS A TRUSTEE OF THE EPISCOPAL THEOLOGICAL SCHOOL IN CLAREMONT AND HER HUSBAND IS BRUCE RANKIN-- BRUCE, RIGHT? WHO HEADS UP THE WEST SIDE FOOD BANK AND DOES A GREAT JOB THERE, SO THIS IS AN ALL PURPOSE HUMAN SERVICE FAMILY. THANK YOU. THANK YOU FOR LEADING US IN INVOCATION THIS MORNING. [APPLAUSE.]
