WAS A NEWSPAPER ARTICLE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO REGARDING THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DISCRETIONARY FUNDS AND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY AVAILABLE THERE. THIS IS EXCESS FUNDS, SO I WAS WONDERING, JUST THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EXCESS FUNDS AND THE DISCRETIONARY FUNDS. THIS TOTALS OUT TO ABOUT $12 MILLION PER DISTRICT IN EXCESS FUNDS, WHICH IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED, I GUESS, WITH DISCRETIONARY FUNDS. SO BETWEEN THE TWO, I WAS WONDERING WHAT THE TOTAL PER DISTRICT WOULD BE FOR EACH SUPERVISOR. I'M SORRY, MADAME CHAIR, WHAT OTHER ITEMS?
