HAS BEEN IN HERE, BUT THE KEEP PROBLEMS KEEP REAPPEARING. WHEN LONG TERM WORKERS COME BEFORE YOU AND EXPRESS THEIR CONCERNS REGARDING THE POLICIES AND THE PROCEDURES, I ASK TWO QUESTIONS TODAY: HOW CAN THEY KEEP BEING LONG-TERM WORKERS, AND IF YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO THEM, IF NOBODY'S LISTENING TO THEM, THEN WHAT POINT DO THE PEOPLE ON THIS SIDE WHO COME IN AND TALK ABOUT THEIR INDIVIDUAL CASES WITH THEIR FAMILIES HAVE OF GETTING ANY RESPONSE BECAUSE YOU'RE CERTAINLY NOT LISTENING TO THE WORKERS, YOU'RE CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINEES. THANK YOU.

SUP. MOLINA, CHAIR: THANK YOU. THAT COMPLETES ALL THE TESTIMONY. ANY OTHER QUESTION OR COMMENT? IF NOT, THE ITEMS ARE BEFORE US.

SUP. ANTONOVICH: MOVE THEM.

SUP. MOLINA, CHAIR: MOVED BY SUPERVISOR ANTONOVICH, SECONDED BY SUPERVISOR YAROSLAVSKY. IF THERE'S NO OBJECTION, SO ORDERED, SO ORDERED ON ITEMS 2, 5 AND 6.

SUP. ANTONOVICH: ON ITEM--

SUP. MOLINA, CHAIR: ANYTHING ELSE?
