THE ORDINANCE PROHIBITED THE OPENING OF A DISPENSARY WITHIN 1,000 FEET OF CHURCHES, DAYCARE CENTERS, LIBRARIES, PLAYGROUNDS, SCHOOLS AND OTHER SENSITIVE AREAS. SEVERAL DISPENSARIES HAVE OPENED IN COUNTY UNINCORPORATED AREAS WITHOUT SECURING THAT NECESSARY C.U.P., OR COUNTY BUSINESS LICENSE.
