SUP. YAROSLAVSKY: MADAME CHAIR, I HAVE SEVERAL ADJOURNING MOTIONS. FIRST, I'D LIKE TO ASK THAT WE ADJOURN IN THE MEMORY OF JAMES DANIEL O'CONNELL, WHO WAS A YOUNG MAN OF 20 YEARS OF AGE, A RESIDENT OF BRENTWOOD WHO DIED TRAGICALLY OVER THE WEEKEND WHEN HE WAS STRUCK AND KILLED BY A CAR IN THE SAN DIEGO FREEWAY. HE HAD JUST COMPLETED HIS JUNIOR HERE AT LAFAYETTE COLLEGE IN PENNSYLVANIA, A MEMBER OF ZETA PSI FRATERNITY AND HAD BEEN ACTIVE IN THE CAMPUS R.O.T.C.. HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS PARENTS, A BROTHER, AND GRANDPARENTS, ONE OF WHOM IS MY DENTIST, MICHAEL O'CONNELL, AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND MANY FRIENDS. I WILL GET THE INFORMATION TO YOU. I JUST LEARNED OF IT THIS MORNING. ASK THAT WE ADJOURN IN THE MEMORY OF MATTHEW BENJAMIN BUTCHER. I DON'T THINK ANYBODY ADJOURNED IN HIS MEMORY, WHO DIED TRAGICALLY AT THE AGE OF
