BY RE-ESTABLISHING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS AT THE ANTELOPE VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, WE MIGHT APPROACH THEM FOR THE EXCESS COSTS, KEEPING IN MIND--
