THEY WERE TOLD AND THEIR UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT THEY COULD REMOVE THE MEDIAN TO ACCELERATE THE LEFT TURN, AND, I JUST-- WE NEED TO BE SENSITIVE THAT THE ABILITY OF PEOPLE EXITING FROM THIS ONE LOCATION ALLOWS YOU TO TURN LEFT AND THAT MEANS CHANGING THE MEDIAN, IF YOU CAN DO THAT, AND ALSO THAT WE NEED TO ENSURE THAT WE HAVE TRAFFIC OFFICERS EITHER FROM THE CITY OR THE COUNTY, THEY'RE OUT THERE BECAUSE ONE OF THE ISSUES RAISED WAS, WELL, YOU HAVE PEDESTRIANS ISSUE.
