The successful supplier will be expected to:
Supply, configure, install, maintain a SAN solution.
Train the designated Land Bank staff in supporting the solution.
Enter into support and maintenance agreement with the bank.
Delivery is expected within 4 to 6 weeks after the order has been placed with the successful vendor.
The service provider should be accredited for the required services by one of the following vendors; EMC, HP and IBM.
The service provider should supply Land Bank with reference sites where the vendor has successfully installed and configured a similar SAN solution.
A specification sheet obtained from Land Bank IT unit will be made available for your further reference with regards to technical specification.
4. Contract Period
The contract period will be for 36 months, the type of a contract will be a lease agreement.
5. Payment and Price
Payment terms and commercial offering (Inclusive of VAT) for the required services must be clearly stated. Performance based proposals will receive more favourable consideration. Proposals should include commissioning and installation costs.

All respondents are required to complete the attached declaration of interest form.
