The written delegation of authority to sign these tender documents must be attached to the Tender responses.

8.3      Language

            Proposals must be submitted in English.

8.4    Tender Preparation

             All additions to the tender document i.e. appendices, supporting documentation pamphlets, photographs,    

             technical specifications and other support documentation covering the equipment offered etc. shall be neatly

          bound as part of the schedule concerned.

9.

  Oral Presentation and Inquiries

          Tenderers who submit a tender in response to this RFP may be required to give an oral presentation to Land  Bank. This would be a fact finding and explanation session only and does not include negotiation. Land Bank will schedule the time and location of these presentations. Oral presentations are an option of Land Bank and may or may not be conducted.

10.      Formal Contract

        This RFP, all the additional documentation and the tendered proposal will form the basis for a formal

           contract which will be negotiated and finalised between Land Bank and the enterprise or enterprises

         to whom Land Bank awards the tender in whole or in part.  A mere offer and acceptance shall not

         constitute a formal contract of any nature for any purpose between  Land  Bank  and any tenderer.

11.     Opening of Tenders

           There will be no public opening of the proposals received, and there will be no discussions with    

          any enterprise after the tender closes until the tender evaluation has been completed. Any

           subsequent discussions shall be at the discretion of Land Bank.
