Back School ~ Enrollment Mail In Enrollment To NCA goals in reading, math, and writing. The district’s AYP scores and the NCA accreditation process was explained. Test results from various sources were reported to the group and discussion was held concerning testing procedures and student results. All USD 375 families will receive an enrollment packet in the mail in mid July. This packet will include all the necessary forms to complete the enrollment process and pay fees through the mail. Parents and students who wish to enroll in person can still do so on the enrollment dates listed. The Council/Board was updated on the bond issue during the fall and shown plans for the upcoming projects. Their input into the current proposed projects at the high school were asked for. Schedule changes will also be considered on these dates.
The role and function of an Advisory Board was explained to the group and the different advisory boards and were given tours of those areas. Meeting time was devoted to the review of the current curriculum in those areas. Various departments involved in the V-2 program made presentations concerning training offered by each department and how this translates to a college/ vocational training program because of competency agreements.

District schools will open each morning at 7:30 AM. Please do not drop students off before 7:30 AM. All schools will begin class at 8:15 AM. A complete listing of daily times is published in the district’s calendar. Calendars will be available for all district patrons in late July.
If you choose to enroll in person, bring completed forms to the
schools on the following dates:
August 3 ~ New CHS and CMS Students 9:00 AM - Noon and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
August 6 ~ All Schools 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Lists of suggested supplies are available at area Wal-Mart stores and the Circle Unified Office.
Physical examination forms must be completed and filed with schools prior to the first practice session in which a student participates. This includes all sports, cheerleading and dance. Physical forms are available now at the Unified Office or can be picked up at Circle Middle School or Circle High School in August.

The 2007-2008 District Activities Calendar will be available this year at the Unified Office after July 24th, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day. You may also pick the calendar up at your child’s attendance center after August 1. Each family may have enough for home and office use.
