      Provide air handler shutdown by specific unit or by fire zone; i.e., floor.

    Provide air handler "by-pass" by specific unit or by fire zone; i.e., floor. Control switches shall keep the air handlers running during testing of the system.

E.

Provide additional switches within the FACP with a voice system.

  • 1.

    A message shall be programmed, so that when an alarm condition has been cleared, a single switch may be activated to provide an "All Clear" message.

  • 2.

    Provide a "Weather Alert" message w/control button on the front of the FACP.

    Provide an "all speaker" talk switch.

  • 4.

    Audio zone momentary contact switches to manually select the following individual speaker circuits:

When a phone package is specified, a labeled, single switch shall provide a "phone to speaker" patch.

Data Link

    • A.

      Appropriate software shall to be provided so that Owner can program off site. Software shall be provided to upload/download programs and analog data results; i.e., RS 232 port.

      • 1.6

        LED Lights

  • A.

    Only fire alarm zone lights and "device type" lights shall annunciate with a red LED. Device type, address and exact location shall annunciate on the digital readout.

  • B.

    Any by-pass, disable, or trouble condition shall annunciate with an amber LED, a trouble sounder and annunciate on the digital readout. A "trouble pending" control module shall be included.

C.

When speakers or phone circuits are active, green LEDs shall annunciate the appropriate speaker circuits. Individual speaker circuits shall be capable of being activated without a pass code even if the panel is not in the alarm condition. Individual speaker control shall be possible with loss of A/C power.
