Follow-up Survey

The follow-up survey instrument was administered online using the same learning management system (Blackboard) that was used to teach the course. A course account was created on the system for the sole purpose of conducting this research, and all of the students in the OSS Successful, OSS Unsuccessful, and OSS Drop groups were enrolled in the course account.
