The separation of objects and references to them can lead to:
Reference variables pointing to no object.
Objects with many references to them.
Object with no references to them.
Inaccessible objectes can clog up the memory (the heap)
Java has a garbage collection process
Frees up memory by removing objects that are inaccessible.
You don’t have to worry about object “destruction”
Leave them in the heap, the collector will get them for you
