Increase of committee members from 3 to 5: Elango explained the need to increase the committee of management from 10 to 12 by increasing the committee members from 3 to 5 as follows:
The management committee number of 10 was decided when the Hartley membership was less that 100. Now the membership is around 200, increasing the committee would give opportunity to more Hartleyites to participate in the affairs of the association.
