Never, never, never give up.
was an Eye on Arbonne success story that changed everything for me. A woman wrote about how grateful she was to have achieved RVP in “only” 18 months and I thought, “Wow, she is right!” That was the piece I needed to let go of, and my team and I finished Region in January of 2007, in my 18th month.
The journey has only just begun! I have learned the power of individual thought and how important it is to “mind your mind.” Many times I have had thoughts that held me back. These were small things that lingered in my head and created massive roadblocks. It is these seemingly small thoughts that I caution everyone to pay attention to. What is the conver- sation in your head? Are you sure it is the truth? Is it helping you to grow your business, or is it holding you back? Self-affirmation is a powerful tool and is necessary in building our resilience so we can build power- ful organizations. Check in with yourself and monitor what you hold as “true” about yourself, your business, your team and your potential for unbelievable success. And always hold true that you will not give up: Commit to success!

To my Area Managers and District Managers: Each of you is building toward different goals, but every one of you is capable of achieving great success with Arbonne. Stay in activity, build your belief in this company, this industry and yourself, and never, never, never give up!
To my amazing husband, Chad: None of this is possible without you and your support. You are my friend, my partner and my rock. I love you so much and enjoy every day of this journey with you and our lovely family. To Avalon and Katie: You are such fantastic kids! I love you and I will never forget you. Thank you for your help and support while I build this business. It is worth it, I promise!
My team has built its success around Presentations and the Arbonne = REsults™ approach. We are big believers in massive activity and keeping a full calendar. We make a point of staying connected and attending meetings — hot coals together form a hotter fire! We always present the opportunity, but remember to take care of our Clients and Consultants who purchase product at a discount. We recognize and reward each other every step of the way. We have fun! We understand that building an organization requires sacrifice in the short-term, sometimes of the very thing we are working for, so we can achieve long-term goals. We are patient and accept that this is a process.
To my soul sister, ERVP Joy Sorgi: We have teamed up for many things, but this is by far the biggest. You are the soul and spirit of Arbonne, always giving, committed and focused on helping others in spite of tremendous obstacles. Thank you for this gift and for confirming that business is just more fun with you than without!
To EAM Karen Marvin: You are an incredible spark that burns bright with generosity, energy, determination and great humor. You are a Regional VP and will have your car and so much more in no time. To my sister-in-law, AM Michele Ferrigno: You are the definition of positive, proactive energy. It is so much fun to get to spend time and build all of this with you! I cannot wait to hand you the keys to your car!
To my mom, Mary Ferrigno: You always encourage and support me, even when you are unsure of the outcome. Thank you for your loving guidance, patience and unwavering commitment and support. You are my inspiration and my motivation!
To my family, friends and Clients. Thank you for supporting me and always being willing to try a new product!
To my upline, ENVP Lisa DeMayo and Arbonne: Thank you for building this amazing vehicle. Lisa, thank you for being the example of success in action. You have set the standard and continue to exceed it. I am honored to be a part of your team.
If you are thinking about building an Arbonne business, stop thinking and start doing! See the vision for yourself and your team, and help them to see it. This is an incredible opportunity that is available to any- one who is willing to work. We are in uncharted territory and we are just beginning to grow.
