This generally means that the power is off. 04h - Ready for device removal. 05h - Power is off 06h - Removal request. This generally means that the user has as- serted some mechanism that requests removal. 07h - Interlock. This is generally some mechanical device that dis- ables power to the slot. Assertion means that the disable is ac- tive. 08h - Slot is disabled.
