12:45-3:45pm Coastal Reserve Walk Follow Jeff as he guides you through this spectacular Research Reserve. The trails traverse through upland fields, woodlands, salt marsh, and out to a beautiful sandy beach. This is a superb spot to enjoy nature in all her seasons. Participants will also learn about coastal ecology and the history of a saltwater farm. Don t forget your camera as this is one of the last pristine pieces of Southern Maine coastline! The walk will be about 1.5 miles long. Dress appropriately for weather conditions and bring some water. Long sleeves, pants, hat, or bug spray always helps to keep the bugs away during the summer months. Participants need to sign up in advance in the hallway directly across from the Front Desk. There is a $4 entry fee for adults and $1 fee for kids ages 6-16(exact change works best). Meet by the Lobby for departure.

Wednesday January 28th 2015 8:00-9:00am Little Fish Swim Designated for children 7 and under and their adult guardian(s).

8:45-12:45pmOld World River Trek We will travel along the back roads through beautiful farmland and quaint home sites on route to an inland preserve. Once there, we will follow a 2 mile trail that leads through a majestic old world forest and along the banks of Southern Maine s most historic river. Here, you will learn the history of the river and story behind the historic house that sits upon the hill. Participants will need to be in good physical condition in order to complete the trail in a moderate walking pace. With incredible forest trails, beautiful river views, and a historic estate, this trip has it all! Participants need to sign up in advance in the hallway directly across from the Front Desk. There is a $3 entry fee for adults. Meet by the Lobby for departure.

3:15-4:00pm Pool Volleyball Meet in the pool for a fun game of volleyball. This is a great game for both kids and adults. Get your exercise while having a blast!

Thursday January 29th 2015 8:00-8:30am Little Fish Swim Designated for children 7 and under and their adult guardian(s).

8:30-9:15am Water Warm-Up! Meet in the pool for some warm water stretches and exercises designed for everyone. This session will help people of all ages limber up. This is a great way to start your day feeling energized and refreshed!

9:45-12:45pmPastures of the Past and Ridgeline trails Walk the trails that meander through forgotten pastures and southern ridgelines. Learn the story behind some of Maine s earliest settlements. Participants can expect to walk up to 2 miles while exploring the trails. Trail conditions vary from grassy and flat to rocky and slightly inclined. Be sure to dress appropriately to match the weather conditions and bring some water. Participants need to sign up in advance in the hallway directly across from the Front Desk.

2:00-3:45pm Mountain Top Stroll Enjoy elevated views of the coast and distant mountain ranges atop one of our coastal hills. This trip is opened to all ages and is designed for those who want to leisurely stroll around the summit without
