PWS AreaEx 04 – ESC Meeting Minutes for 29 September 2003

  • Participation of ConocoPhillips Marine Tier 1 team, ConocoPhillips Alaska, and the

Corporate IMAT is critical. These groups total approximately 100 personnel;

  • Assess lessons learned from other exercises;

  • For cost and security purposes, do not test Homeland Security;

  • Will test salvage in SONS exercise;

  • Will exercise wildlife recovery in other, more appropriate exercises.

SERVS

    • Determine level of equipment deployment necessary due to budget concerns and fishing vessel deployments (Mid December is best time for this determination);

    • Use equipment that would realistically be used in this locale;

    • Exercise day one and the transition from SERVs to ConocoPhillips.
