Liturgical Schedule

On Sunday, April 18, Orthros will be at 8:30am. Divine Liturgy begins at 9:30am and will end by 11:00am. Following Church services there will be a breakfast in memory of Peter Kartanos in fellowship hall for all to attend.

Greek Independence Day Parade – April 18 It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we celebrate our heritage and our culture. We need the support of our ministries and parishioners in representing our Saint George community. Please let us know if you are interested in taking the bus so that we can make the necessary arrangements. For reservations, call the Church office.

S.O.S. (School of Orthodox Studies) – April 19 at 7:30pm This is a series of lessons in the Orthodox faith intended to either expand your knowledge of our beautiful faith or to facilitate

Marriage Enrichment Seminar is May 8 at 10:00am Guest speaker will be Chaplain Lt. Col John Groth. This seminar is intended for newly-married couples and couples married for years. A light luncheon follows.

Peter N. Kartanos Annual Education Award candidates for the 2010 recipient of the Peter

The Kartanos family is currently seeking N. Kartanos Education Award. The final

decision for the recipient of this one time award of $10,000.00, paid directly to the college or university on the student’s behalf and will be based on academics, character, financial need and their family’s active participation and support of the St George community. Applications

are available in by May 1. Saint George Scholarship are
