Graham Moore, Precision Metalcraft Inc. Graham is a professional engineer with over 25 years experience in the management and leadership of companies in the manufacturing, aerospace and printing sectors. Outside of his present position as Director of Operations at Precision Metalcraft Inc, Graham has a special interest in developing the business potential of Manitoba manufacturers in today’s rapidly changing environment through his positions on the Executive Board of the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters and as Chair of the Advanced Manufacturing Initiative program. Under the Advanced Manufacturing Initiative business, education and government are working together to provide innovative support and networks to businesses as they struggle to understand and meet the rapidly changing needs of their customers.

Ralph Mueller, President, Quick Transfer Ralph H. Mueller is a well known and respected Winnipeg entrepreneur, who serves as President and CEO of the Quick Transfer Group of Companies. Under his direction, this once small family business has grown into the largest integrated moving services company in Manitoba with a diverse portfolio of seven companies. His breadth of knowledge and experience make him oft sought by organizations to speak and train in the areas of change management, sales systems and competing effectively with the highest price. At the helm of a fast growth company, Ralph provides unique insight into the interaction of quality and value against price in the face of global competition.

Judy Murphy, Manitoba Practice Leader, Strategy and Governance, Meyers Norris Penny Judy is the Practice Leader for Strategy and Governance for Meyers Norris Penny. She has more than 15 years of senior executive leadership experience, most recently as COO of Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Judy is also active on boards and committees. She is currently Vice Chair of the Crown Corporations Council of Manitoba, a director of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Executive Committee of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a member of the Premiers Economic Advisory Council.

Paul Nyhof, Director, Provincial Health Contact Centre and Lecturer at I.H. Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba Paul Nyhof is the Director of the internationally recognized Provincial Health Contact Centre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science/Justice & Law Enforcement) from the University of Winnipeg, a Master of Science in Administration (Human Resources) from Central Michigan University and is a doctoral candidate in Business Administration (Management) at the University of Sarasota. He teaches in the Faculty of Management at the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, and has been an invited speaker on Human Resource Management, Creating High Performance Workplaces and Managing Service Environments.

Barry Rempel, President & CEO, Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. Barry Rempel was appointed President & CEO of Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. (WAA) in April, 2002. Under his leadership, the WAA established a vision of Leading Transportation Innovation & Growth. While short, the vision says a lot about the WAA. It speaks to the company, positioning, place, personality and promise. To meet the capacity of today and into the future, WAA embarked on airport site redevelopment. Construction of a new air terminal building and associated infrastructure is underway and will benefit our region in many ways; of note injecting an economic output close to $1.9 billion. Not only is Barry committed to innovation and growth at the airport, he has a strong commitment to the community, serving on the Board of Travel Manitoba, the University of Manitoba Associates, Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Airports Council International and the Canadian Airports Council. Barry was appointed Chair of the Associates of the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba in November 2006 and recently Chair of the Canadian Airports Council. In 2006, he was appointed Honourary Colonel of 17 Wing Winnipeg, a position that provides him the opportunity to serve his community and country with pride.

Priti Shah, PRAXIS Conflict Consulting Priti Shah is a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, investigator and facilitator and operates PRAXIS Conflict Consulting in Winnipeg. Priti trains in the areas of board development, effective communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation skills, equality, diversity and harassment. In 2005, Priti was awarded the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Contribution to Community from the Women Business Owners of Manitoba.
