AKRON, OHIO COUNCIL AGENDA OF MARCH 30, 2009

Regular Meeting Members all present. A non-sectarian prayer was said by Councilman Mike Freeman. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was repeated in unison. Minutes of the previous regular meeting read and approved.

CONSENT AGENDA

(1) Ordinance accepting a dedication plat for a section of Edgewood Boulevard, between Vernon Odom Boulevard and Westerly Road, for the extension of Westerly Road from east of Edgewood Boulevard westward to Raymond Street, for Rita Dove Lane, between Westerly Road and Warner Court, and for Mary Peavy Eagle Court, between Edgewood Boulevard and Rita Dove Lane, and a replat of Blocks D, E, & F of Edgewood Homes Phase 1, Lots 1 & 2 of Solomon Bare’s Allotment on the north side of Vernon Odom Boulevard, south of Westerly Drive and east of Rhodes Avenue, and Lots 47, 48, 49, 50 & 52 of the F.J.
