The City wishes to sell this rehabilitated two family house to
Lillie Carmon who will occupy with a minimum 5 year owner occupancy restriction, unless a more extensive period is required by state law, federal law and or the Board of Alderman of the City of New Haven
BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Aldermen that the list of properties, as printed in the Board of Aldermen Journal, submitted on February 22, 2005 by the Livable City Initiative in accordance with the procedure established by the Board of Aldermen on May 20, 1996, be and it is hereby approved, subject to conditions of the City Plan Commission submitted with said list.
WHEREAS, pursuant to State General Statutes and City Charter, the City has engaged the services of a certified public accounting firm to audit the financial statements of the City; and
WHEREAS, the city selected the firm of Levitsky & Berney to perform the services set forth by contract; and
WHEREAS, the audit report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004 was completed on December 31, 2004.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN that the Audited Financial Statements and the Federal and State Single Audit Reports for the City of New Haven, Connecticut for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2004 be filed.
WHEREAS: the State of Connecticut, Department of Environmental Protection has established a grant program to create, improve or otherwise restore public park trails; and
