From Alderwoman Jackson-Brooks submitting a motion to amend a matter previously adopted on December 6, 2004 concerning the disposition of 16 Redfield Street by amending the address of the adjacently owned parcel to be combined with 16 Redfield Street from 20 Frank Street to 20 Redfield Street.

MOTION TO AMEND A MATTER PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED.

Alderwoman McCormack made a motion to amend the above-entitled matter previously adopted, which motion was duly seconded.

MOTION TO AMEND A MATTER PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED PASSED.

Upon motion made and duly seconded said motion to amend the above-entitled matter previously adopted passed by a viva voce vote, and it was so declared by the Chair.

Dear President Perez,

Enclosed please find a “Motion to Amend a Matter Previously Adopted” by the Board of Aldermen at its December 6, 2004 Meeting, as submitted by the Livable City Initiative.  A copy of said resolution and amendment is attached hereto.

This motion serves to correct the land disposition known as 16 Redfield Street by changing the name of the adjacent property to be combined with 16 Redfield Street from 20 Frank Street to 20 Redfield Street, pursuant to the land disposition guidelines.

As the Alderwoman from the area involved, I thank you for your consideration of this matter.
