The converted e-mail is marked with ticket number and date and time for conversion.
It also gets the path to the ticket itself if you have not unchecked that box under the fourth configuration tab.
1.14 Blank ticket
If you get info that should be added to a ticket in another way than by e-mail, for example through a telephone call, you need to create a ticket by pressing the Blank ticket button.
You may either select the caller from the Contacts or the Global address list, fill out that information manually or leave it blank.
If you want to take caller info from a contacts list, pick the caller and click OK. Then the information is entered in a new ticket, which is created at your SharePoint site.
