When the new ticket is created it opens in your browser automatically, so that you can fill out the information needed.
1.15 Merge tickets
If you wish to merge several tickets into one, press the Configure button in Outlook and then the shortcut to the Merge Ticket button in the main screen. You can also reach the Merge tickets feature from the General Settings dialog.
