Current Projects include:

Creekwood at Caloundra, QLD Comprising 700+ lots and located approximately 4 kilometres north west of Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, the project was acquired in 2007 in a joint venture with BOS International Australia Ltd. AVJennings has been appointed by the Joint Venture to manage the land development, including the sales and marketing function.

Cavanstone at Eastwood, NSW Consisting of 255+ dwellings and located 15 kilometres from the Sydney CBD, this is a major infill project acquired in 2007 in a joint venture with BOS International Australia Ltd. AVJennings has been appointed by the Joint Venture to manage the development, including construction, sales and marketing functions.

Verve at Erskineville, NSW Located 5 kilometres south west of the Sydney CBD, this project consists of 102 apartments on 6 levels and is due for completion in late 2009. The project is recording strong pre-sales as it offers affordable housing options within a prime location.

Arena at Office , VIC Situated in a major growth corridor 50 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, the project comprises 685 lots. Development commenced in 2008 and is due for completion late 2012.

St Clai , Cheltenham & Woodville, SA Comprising 1,000+ lots on an infill site and located 8 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD, the project involves the redevelopment of a former industrial site and the adjacent former Cheltenham Park Racecourse. Development commenced in 2009 and is due for completion mid 2014.
