The Dalmatian Club of America would like to welcome you to the 2011 DCA Specialty Show in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. All Conformation, Obedience and Rally will be held at the Drawbridge Inn, in Ft. Mitchell. Road Trial, Agility and Tracking will be held at off-site locations.

Standard Room - $85.00 / Single, Double, Triple, Quad 3rd & 4th Floor - $95.00 / Single, Double, Triple, Quad A $50 pet deposit is required. $25 is refundable upon check out assuming no damage. A deposit of the first night’s room and tax is due upon booking a reservation. Mention DCA to get the group rate! DCA group discount rates not available online. Reservations must be received by March 29, 2011 to ensure room availability. Cancellations of individual rooms must occur 30 days prior to April 29th or the deposit will be forfeited. ** Please note that Corporate and Citadel Club Floor guest rooms along with any suites will be designated for those individuals traveling without dogs.

DCA Hotel Policy “Any exhibitor who allows his/her dogs to be loose and unattended in a room or to damage hotel property and does NOT immediately contact the hotel management to make proper restitution, will be subject to Show Committee action which could result in the loss of AKC privileges.” If it is determined by the Committee hearing that the rules are being neglected and destruction and/or misuse of property is taking place, the Committee has the authority to correct the problem or seek AKC suspension.
Additional Hotel Rules
1. Dogs left unattended in the rooms must be in crates on top of plastic. Plastic will be provided at check-in.
The maximum number of dogs in a room is four (4)
Bathing dogs in rooms is prohibited! Owners should bring
their own toweling for bathing dogs at a designated area on the show grounds.
4. The individual guest will be responsible for any damage to a guest room or any hotel property or personal injury. This includes, but is not limited to, replacement of carpets if odors or stains cannot be removed with traditional cleaning methods. It would be wise to check your room before moving in for any pre-existing damage and report it immediately to housekeeping or the front desk.
Dogs must be on leashes at all times when not in guestrooms.
Dogs will not be allowed in certain designated areas or in the
lobby, business center, public restrooms, food and beverage outlets or pool areas.
