RV Information

There is ample RV parking at the Drawbridge Inn. Reservations may be made using the order form in this insert or online at http://www.dcanational. com/2011/orderforms.html The cost per night is $25. All RV parking is dry camping. There are no hook-ups or facilities for dumping at this site. Arrive with full fuel and water tanks and empty holding,tanks for maximum convenience. A sanitation truck will visit,over the weekend. The cost of this service will be $35 per unit,and will be payable to DCA with your reservation. Campers who order sanitation service on site will incur an additional charge. Rigs can be serviced with water ONE time during the week for a charge of $20 per rig. The cost of watering is payable to DCA with your RV reservation. Campers who order water on site will incur an additional charge.

Note: A Flying J Service Plaza is located at Exit #171 on I-75. It is recommended that all rigs arrive ready to dry camp for the extent of your stay at the hotel. All campers are expected to keep their campsites clean and orderly and leave them in as good a shape as they found them. Absolutely no dumping of gray or black water tanks under penalty of state and local laws and an AKC bench show action.

Crating There will be day crating only. Please plan accordingly.

Welcome Party

Meet old and new friends on Saturday, April 30th! Join us at the Drawbridge Inn from 8:00PM - 11:00PM for fun, fellowship, food and beverages. There is NO charge for this party, but PLEASE indicate on the order form the number from your group attending.

DCA Banquet: Wednesday May 4, 2011 A buffet will include Hand Carved Top Round of Beef served with Au Jus, Tuscan Chicken topped with Tomato, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese, Tri-Colored Rotini with a Creamy Alfredo Sauce, Rosemary Quartered Potatoes, Steamed Vegetable Medley, House Salad, Dinner Rolls and Butter, Derby Pie, Coffee and Iced Tea. The cost is $35 per person. A cash bar will also be available. Anyone with a dietary requirement not met by the menu should contact Ann Swope or Cindy Riggans before March 15.

Dog Food & Water

Purina dog food will be available at the Purina booth in the main ballroom. Other brands may be purchased from PetSmart or local pet supply stores. Bottled water is available, from nearby grocery stores.

Catalog Sales

The 2011 DCA catalogs will be available through preorder using the form in this insert or online at http://www.dcanational.com/2011/orderforms.html. A limited number of catalogs will be available at the show. Rates for catalogs will be $25 for pick up or $30 for those that are mailed after the show.

Ways & Means A significant portion of the National Specialty expenses are covered by funds raised by Ways & Means. This includes logo item sales, silent auctions, and the quilt raffle. Bid high and bid often and wear your logo items proudly knowing that you’ve helped a great cause!

Top Twenty The Top Twenty competition will be on Tuesday night, May 3rd at 7:15PM. Come and see what made the top conformation dogs in the country so very special as each is individually judged by a breeder judge, a multi-breed group judge and a handler judge. A dessert table and a cash bar will be available. This is a formal event, so please plan to dress accordingly.

Tickets are $10 per person and are by reservation only. Full color Top Twenty catalogs are $10 for pick up or $15 if mailed after the event. The Top 20 Cover Art Contest is again being held and all artists are invited to submit their entry to John Cramer at < jennifercramer@msn.com> by February 15, 2011. Artists are encouraged to use the Specialty theme Carriage Days.

Jr. Handlers

“Learn From the Pro”. We will have a professional handler critique your handling skills and make recommendations on how to improve. We require at least 5 Junior Handlers to participate - otherwise the event will be canceled. Date and Time to be announced.

Performance Fund

What does the Performance Fund do? It’s a way for everyone to contribute toward the expenses of putting on all five performance events - Rally, Obedience, Agility, Tracking and the Road Trial. These expenses include judge related costs, venue rental, and equipment rental. The Performance Fund does not cover the cost of trophies for these events which continue to be handled by specific Trophy Donations. Without the Performance Fund, these events which showcase the Dalmatian’s versatility as a breed, would not be possible at the National. Your donation to the Performance Fund will be acknowledged in the catalog list of sponsors and you also may receive a Performance T-shirt and/or an original limited edition print. These prints will be signed and numbered by the artist. All T-Shirts and prints will be mailed. It’s easy to make your donation online. Go to http://www.dcanational.com/2011/orderforms.html, look for Performance Fund and select one of the following:

• Performance Fund donation of $35 and receive the Performance T-Shirt. • Performance Fund donation of $55 and receive the original limited edition print. • Performance Fund donation of $75 and receive both the t-shirt and print.

Only contributions made by April 1, 2011 are eligible to receive the t-shirts and prints. However, you can still continue to donate to the Performance Fund after that date. Please note that there is an additional $5.00 charge for size 3X T-Shirts.

Airport Transportation Services The Drawbridge Inn offers complimentary airport shuttle service for hotel guests. Dogs may also be transported as long as the crate is collapsed and the dog is on a short lead. Car Rental Companies Most major, and some smaller, car rental companies serve Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Contact the local office directly to ensure availability of the vehicle of your choice.
