Telephone line for referral to Behavioral Health Department services Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Children’s mobile crisis response service for youth up to age 21, providing mobile crisis intervention, in-home support, and linkage to mental health services. Full service adoption agency specializing in professional services to birthparents considering voluntary relinquishment of a child, children requiring preparation for adoptive placement, and families interested in

adopting.
