Information and referral to homeless services, Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP), Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) and linkage to transitional housing. In addition, there is a social worker on site at the Samaritan Center most Wednesdays. Assists qualified homeless and those at-risk of homelessness to obtain or maintain housing. Assistance may include: rental deposits; one time rental help; credit counseling; utility deposits; utility payments; and/or moving and storage costs.
