PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Many Mansions provides transitional and permanent affordable rental housing for

persons and families who are very-low income, low-income, homeless, and disabled. Casa de Paz and La Rahada provide housing in Simi Valley for formerly homeless persons with a mental illness. All applications and applicant processing is provided through the Housing Central Office.

Services for homeless and low income persons in Ventura, including: food pantry, tutoring

centers, supportive,

housing programs transitional, and

(permanent field case

management), and Tender Life Maternity Home. Call for days, times and details. Winter shelter for the homeless, November 1 through March 31, with rotating sites. Contact the Samaritan Center for information, between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. A life recovery program for single women, mothers, and children (boys up to age ten) facing life-challenging issues. Has a 48-bed capacity and the normal length of stay is 9 to 12 months. Emergency shelter services provided with 24 beds on a first come first served basis. Open 24-hours. A four-bed three to six month program,

designed individuals housing.
