PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Registration of all births and deaths that occur in Ventura County are at the Vital Records Office. Certified copies of birth and death certificates are available for purchase for the current year and one year prior only. Certified

copies from previous years are available through the Recorder’s Office. No cost well-child preventive care health screenings for low-income and MediCal eligible infants, children and teens. Over 50 private/public providers throughout Ventura County. Provides developmental screening, assessment,
