PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Veteran’s outpatient ambulatory care clinic, medical, psychiatric, and prescription services, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Connects Veterans in crisis, their families and friends with qualified, caring Department of
Veterans Affairs responders confidential toll-free hotline.
Provides rental assistance vouchers to qualified low-income homeless veterans. Referrals from agencies and social workers can go to PATH (People Assisting the Homeless). In addition to the rental assistance, VASH provides ongoing supportive services and case management to
