Step One - Connect Your Expression Pedals
You are now in the “Customize Console” mode of the Customize Disposition window, Fig. 6.3. You can see, in the second panel, the heading “Continuous” which means that you are about to connect up your expression pedals and other devices that are activated with a continuous signal, as oppose to such things as stops and toggles which are switches that are activated by on/o (binary) signals.
Note: the jOrgan disposition in this example is dierent from the one we have used in earlier chapters. is new disposition is a theatre organ which will be introduced and described (so that you can download it and play it) along with several others in Appendix B.

First, tell jOrgan where your MIDI device’s signals are going to come from by clicking on the Device drop- down menu in Fig. 6.4. In the example shown, we have selected jOrganMIDIMerger but you will choose the one appropriate to your physical setup.
