You are advised that the Environmental Impact Assessment does not look at incorporating surface-water

course control or sustainable drainage measures into the development. The applicant should, therefore,

consult the Environment Agency for advice on how sustainable water drainage techniques might be applied

to this site.

You are advised to contact a competent consultant to undertake an appropriate ecological survey for

Protected species (particularly bats) as advised by English Nature.
