General Information

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION You will receive an electronic confirmation by e-mail only if your registration is received no later than April 27, 2011. All registration after April 27, 2011 will be done onsite at the Anchorage Sheraton Hotel. Register early as space is limited in certain sessions!

YOUR PERSONAL CONFERENCE AGENDA There are numerous sessions to choose from at the Annual School. Please take a couple of minutes to let us know which sessions you would like to attend by checking the appropriate boxes on your online registration form. You will be sent a copy of the sessions that you sign up for in your automated confirmation response. If you are interested in a specific area, we’ve categorized each session into one of five possible tracks. A description of the tracks is shown on page 2. To help you in making your session selections, a brief description of each session is included in this brochure.

We strongly encourage early registration due to limited space. You will be asked to show your agenda prior to entering each workshop. This will ensure that space is available to you and will eliminate an overflow of unregistered attendees.

ANNUAL SCHOOL TRADE SHOW Each year the Annual School includes a trade show of those providing services and products of interest to those in the addictions field. The trade show will be open all three days of the conference. If you are interested in exhibiting at the Annual School, please contact us at 907-242-6638 or send a request to sada@ak.net.

ANNUAL SCHOOL AWARDS This year, the Annual School is hosting an Awards Luncheon on Wednesday to honor those who have given exemplary service to the field. A nomination ballot is included in this brochure (page 19). Please take a moment to complete the ballot and return it by April 10, 2011.
