How to register
ALL Attendees (students and Chaperones):
Create an account at www.jsa.org/portal (Please use your most accurate contact information and link yourself to your High School).
Once your Chapter President has registered the chapter in bulk, you will see Spring State under My Events on your portal page.
Submit your check and signed permission slip to your delegation leader per his or her instructions.
If you are the Primary Student or Adult Delegation Leader
e. Chapter President or Teacher or Parent Advisor in charge):
Contact Tracy Poindexter at email@example.com (if you have not already done so) in order to grant chapter registration management privileges, to complete your registration.
Log into your JSA portal account and under the My Events tab, click on your school’s 2011 Spring State link.
Choose your delegation leader and Chaperones from the drop down menu.
Read through the terms and conditions with your TA.
Choose the delegates who will be attending by choosing the Student Package from the drop down menu next to their names.
Choose what type of room your Chaperones wishes to have (Free shared, or $165 private room).
Hit ‘Save’ to complete later, or ‘Submit’ to send to the JSA office, by Wednesday, March 16th,
You will then be invoiced and sent the rooming list to complete in excel format.
Send in one inclusive check for all delegates and TA’s and permission slips to the JSA office by Friday, April 1st, 2011.
Email your delegation’s rooming list to Gena Rinaldi: firstname.lastname@example.org by April 1, 2011.

Debating and Moderating
If you have attended a debate or moderating workshop, please go to http://jsa.debateware.com to sign up for debates and moderating positions at Spring State. Check regularly until the final debate list is up, and you may then sign up. Positions will be announced in the weeks before the convention.
