Subject:Report on Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS) Project

The following describes the pending Change Order Requests submitted by Accenture that would increase the cost of the Contract for SVRS.

CHANGE REQUEST NUMBER 12

Fourth File Upload for MunicipalitiesCost:  $40,000

During conversion, the SVRS staff instructed municipal clerks to provide a copy of their data to the SVRS Electronic Conversion Team.  After go-live in Regions 9, 8 and 1, some municipalities realized that they were missing data that existed in their legacy system and requested that the data be loaded into SVRS.

City of Whitewater – missing date of birth

Village of McFarland – missing ward information, date of birth, driver license and date of registration

Village of DeForest – missing date of birth

4)

City of Eau Claire – missing registration dates

5)

Town of East Troy – missing driver license

6)

City of Superior – missing absentee data

7)

Village of Pleasant Prairie – missing voter history

8)

City of Sun Prairie – missing voter history

9)

Town of Verona – inactive voters not split out so all voters were converted to active

Village of Mazomanie – missing absentee data

11)

City of Elkhorn – missing US Citizen setting for their voters

12)

City of Superior – ward data missing; missing voter history

13)

City of Hudson – source data has voters listed in incorrect wards

14)

City of Elkhorn – invalid election data in source data (election dates in future must be removed)

Accenture will provide scripts to reload Hudson and Superior on June 22, 2006, to take advantage of a service window with the Division of Enterprise Technology (DET).  The remaining files will be loaded by July 31, 2006.
