Making the Nokia S60 Device Type Available in Cisco Unified Communications Manager
To make Cisco Mobile available as a Nokia S60 device in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you must ensure that the correct Cisco Options Package (COP) file is installed on all your Cisco Unified Communications Manager servers.
General information about installing COP files is available in the “Software Upgrades” chapter in the Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration Guide for your release at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_maintenance_guides_list.html.
Determining if the Correct COP File is Installed
Use this procedure to determine if the correct version of the COP file is already installed on your release of Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Sign in to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration portal. Choose Device > Phone. Click Add New. From the Phone Type drop-down list, choose Nokia S60.
Scroll down to the Product Specific Configuration Layout area, and verify that you can see the SCCP VOIP settings.
If you can see the SCCP VOIP settings, the correct version of the COP file is already installed on your system.
Installing the COP File
Use this procedure if the correct version of the COP file is not already installed on your release of Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
Before You Begin Ensure that you perform this procedure at a time of low usage.
