Dial-via-Office Policy

Information Choose Dial via Office Reverse Callback.

You can change this later, after you verify that Dial via Office–Reverse Callback works.

LDAP settings

Leave these settings blank for now. Setting up directory services is described later in this document.

Emergency Numbers

Enter a list of numbers, each separated by a space, that the system should always dial using the mobile phone number, never using dial via office. For areas and phones that support geolocation, direct dialing allows emergency services personnel to identify the location of the caller.

XMPP settings

Enhanced MWI

Example: 112 999 911 Leave these settings blank for now. Setting up Presence and Instant Messaging is described later in this document. Leave this setting blank. Cisco Mobile does not use this setting. This setting does not affect the Enhanced MWI feature of Cisco Mobile.

Depending on your Cisco Unified Communications Manager release, you may not see this setting.

Voicemail settings

Leave these settings blank.

These voicemail settings are for visual voicemail, which is not available in this release. You will configure voicemail later.

Reserved settings SCCP VOIP settings

Leave these settings blank.

These settings apply if you need to set up the device so that Nokia Call Connect for Cisco coresides with Cisco Mobile.

Change the settings as follows:

For Nokia Call Connect for Cisco releases earlier than Release 2.2—In the SCCP VOIP - Cellular handover number field, enter the PSTN number that the Cisco Unified Communications Manager uses to facilitate hand offs from the VoIP to cellular network.

For Nokia Call Connect for Cisco Release 2.2 or later—See the Nokia Call Connect for Cisco documentation.
