Users can move active calls between their desk phones and their mobile phones, if those calls were connected using Mobile Connect or Dial via Office.

Moving Active Calls from Cisco Mobile to Desk Phones

Use this procedure to set up the system to allow users to move active calls between Cisco Mobile and their desk phone.

Procedure

Step 1

Locate and record the owner user ID for the desk phone. For information about locating the owner user ID, see the documentation for the desk phone.

Sign in to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration portal. Navigate to the Phone Configuration screen for the Nokia S60 device.

In the Device Information area, ensure that the value in the Mobility User ID field matches the owner user ID for the desk phone.

Step 5

Click Save.
