Setting Up Directory Services

Gathering General Information

    Note: You must provide mapping if your corresponding attribute (column 5) differs from the default attribute (column 3 if you are using Active Directory,

or column 4 for all other LDAP servers). In Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you must enter field mappings that do not match the default as name=value pairs. (For name, use the information in column 2. For value, use the information in column 5.) Separate each name=value pair with a semicolon (;). Example: displayName=nickname;emailAddress=email

If you have any questions about the values in this table, consult your directory administrator.
